Trying to see if there's any hope of generating decent animated furry lewd without depending on online services, using "customer-level" hardware (12GB vram), and the weirdly uncensored Hunyuan T2V model.

I'm in the same boat. I'm very much looking forward to the Hunyuan I2V model to see its capabilities.

I'm waiting for it too (shouldn't be that long, hopefully...), t's really promising. Hunyuan T2V can have issues creating good-looking furry characters and situations, but with some image guidance, it will be absolutely perfect.
