- It's the largest campus "Atlantis" for a magic academy
- The campus is a city built shallow underwater. A magical barrier prevents the water from getting in
- This is from an alternate timeline where magic and beast-man (furries) coexist
- It's a campus, but it's also a city. Workers of the academy or workers of restaurants/shops inside the city can also live there.
- The magical barrier is very large and tall, but the academy still needs to be a 3D city because of its size. It's a true international school
- Facilities a normal campus will have are all included. Except there is a theme park and garden in one of the "floating" buildings
