Glowing otter girl, part 2/3 (community-voted pic)
Tried some new techniques in this one, for example I have used the glitches introduced by the upscaler against themselves to boost the perceived sharpness of the image without affecting its quality in negative way.
Translucent dress was hell of a PITA to make especially the glitter effect 😅
