this image made me wonder if theres an ai tool that allows for you to paint over an area to select it, then give a prompt like "nude, penis" and it will perfectly match your added prompt to the selected area. (i know theres something like that in photoshop, but idk how good it would be for something nsfw). i wonder this because then ai could potentially make lewd pics out of 3d characters from movies seamlessly without that character needing to be a 3d model. idk if what i said makes sense.

There is a sector called "in paint image" in some generators which can do exactly what you are talking about :)
