You commented while the image was still in pending so it had not been approved.
I will however approve it since this is clearly an intentional (albeit weird) choice for the anatomy, as opposed to different number of digits on each limb which is a generation error that is easily fixable.

You'd be right! The Knucklavee is it's name, and it looks like a skinned horse and man fused together.
