Description
Physiology of the Lythomir:
The Lythomir are a species of space-faring, mammalian beings with unique anatomical features blending feline and reptilian traits. Their distinctive appearance has evolved to suit the harsh environments of their homeworld, Lythos, and the demands of interplanetary travel.
Head and Facial Structure:
A Lythomir's face is predominantly feline, with a long, pronounced snout and high cheekbones. Their noses are cat-like, with a slightly damp surface to enhance scent detection, aiding in tracking and hunting. Their ears are long and mobile, allowing for acute hearing and the ability to detect sounds from far away. These ears can move independently, helping them focus on specific sounds.
Their eyes are large, with slit pupils adapted to low-light conditions, enabling excellent night vision. Iris colors range from earthy browns and ambers to deep greens, reflecting the tones of their fur. Both male and female Lythomir have a goatee on their chin, a characteristic that serves as a cultural marker of maturity and identity
