We have updated our quality standards found under our uploading guidelines.
This was done mostly because modern AI generations are of much better quality now than they have been in the past, and we would like for this archive to focus on displaying the best work, not just any and all work. Please take a moment to review the guidelines before uploading going forward now. Older submissions will be exempt for this at this point in time, but keep in mind in the far future we might clean those up as quality continues to improve.

MemberNot to kill the mood, but her detailed fur in the sun made me think about how "hairy" the sheets would be. Like having 10 cats and all sleep with you.
Totally worth it tho :)

MemberMultiple lint brushes, air filters, robot vacs, drain hair catchers, fur brushes, de-furring gloves, and fur trimmers would just be normal and SO worth it.

MemberAbsolutely. That's another headcanon of mine about why anthros would wear clothes (besides the minimum) despite having fur, specially in hot areas. It reduces the hair spread to a more manageable amount. Easier to clean your clothes than the entire house. Besides protecting the fur from the dirt of the street and just fashion.

MemberI imagine in hot areas clothing would have never taken hold. A clothed group in a hot location would die out from heat related ailments especially during any type of exertion. Their clothing would be on the line of a wookie or an Ewok. At max it would be like a Jawa who are said to be essentially walking furry rats in places like Australia's desert.
BTW, them being furry was confirmed in the Mandalorean as the female mechanic was dating one in the past. Awesome and hilarious they went there in the show.

MemberOf course, that would depend on the species. A very furred one would be just like you described. Others might even benefit from some light clothing to protect against the sun, or indoors for the fur problem. Besides the climate itself, it's not the same the desert than the tropics for example. I'd imagine that clothing would vary widely depending on all those factors.
