yeah i somehow forgot to touch up the photo before running it 30 times through kling. next time will be better

I think I prefer a hard cut, less distracting. I usually do it that way at least. I like it despite that.

Great job! What was the initial prompt? Did you use motion brush?
Might want to put "wrinkling skin" or similar terms in your negative prompt, that and a more gentle transition might polish this up to nearly perfect.
