I've been playing with this type thing myself, and I'll tell ya it aint easy! There is a model that seems specialize in multiple breasts, though you can get them on belly area using Teats, sadly they don't line up very easily, so most likely have pick which you like best then do the edits to get right.

Yes, it's difficult getting multi teats in an anatomically correct way. Putting 4/6 dots with inpainting rarely fills all in, even with max denoise. I usually do it two dots at a time.
