Getting Gnolled

The Gnolls of The High Marches and The Long Plains reserve tortures of refinement for their prisoners. The worst of these is the practice of Morghalu - The systematic amputation of the limbs, usually all, but sometimes select appendages. Blinding is also sometimes included.

The result of the torture is a Morgh - a plaything with no potency of its own. The Gnolls use these for their pleasure - usually consistently raping them.

The practice of Morghalu is referred to as 'gnolling' or 'getting gnolled' by other races, and is used to also refer to being beaten or humiliated in a extreme way.
