Sentence; Indefinite. Further research into his affliction is required. Is it genetic? Intentional? Or a form of mental illness that requires counseling and medication? As of this time the staff at horny jail has no clue as to what afflicts him and as such he cannot be permitted to leave until his condition is remedied.
