I was inpainting another image and noticed that the waistband of normal underwear kept falling right over the lower nipples. "That would be really annoying. What would underwear designed by a species with teats look like?"

There's also the neat effect where interaction between clothing and inhuman anatomy (like teats tenting the underwear, or the shape of paws in socks) makes it seem more realistic, more immersive, than photorealistic lighting and textures.
