this is an older image that was meant to be part of a series i failed to create due to Microsoft content restrictions. i discovered that combining "pointillism" and "3D" results in interesting style synthesis on Bing Image Creator. the effect is subtle on this one, but it is occasionally possible to get a very exaggerated and interesting texture. adding "CCTV" also seems to create more interesting and lifelike images.
