Her right foot is mangled and deformed. There is a growth along her left thigh that is out of place. There is a similar bulge above her right thumb that also looks out of place. Her left ear tip does not align with her left ear. Her teeth and saliva and hair are muddled together.

I enjoy bizarre and unorthodox anatomy, but this has flaws that detract too much for my taste.

That's fair, I can get there's a line for people. I enjoy the weirdness and deformities personally, which is why I tried to add relevant tags. I will only share the things here that had a lot of intention behind the selection, since civit is more of my dump space. TY for taking the time to comment btw, I wouldn't have thought to add the tag "deformed" otherwise. This also made me think to add "notched ear" (that is what I see) and to addy stuff like multi limb and syndactyly.

Its fine, she's a total monstrosity either way. A foot is hardly worth noticing.

"Monstrosity" is another good word (one of my favorites), but probably already well covered by "mutation".

For my tastes it would be definitely male. Rough view mostly associated with males.
