This could be covered if admins would permit a single tag for this kind of content; aberration. Filter on that and this sort of content would be passed over.

blanket terms for many fetishes are never that good because a tagger who hasn't heard of "aberration" or know all that it entails, might forget to add it. Its much better for a user to have a thorough blacklist of everything he or she hates.
