I tried deleting the last one but I wrongly tried the flag.it’s surely created by me and it won’t be deleted in the future

Don't delete, it will affect how many posts you can upload (notice formula with upload limits). Just set old image as parent post next time if you created an improved version.

Also don't ignore tagging. You can look similar image to take an idea what you should tag. Also someone already tagged your old version.

I helped you a little with basic tags. I hope you will try better with tags next time. Without tags it will be hard to search specific scene, so don't ignore it on your next upload.
