I personally think Gazelle is the most aesthetic designed character from Zootopia for true anthropomorphism, and I think her hair also plays a role reinforcing this statement. Why do I mean by 'true anthro'?

True anthros are, from neck to ankle, anatomically identical to the human body, which means yes, they must have hands with fiver fingers instead of palmless 3 hooved fingers. If you want her to lift some weight and gain more muscle mass, you will need her to have strong grip on those bars holding those weights, and only a strong humanoid hand can do that job.

i.e. true anthros have five rules to follow to classified as a real anthro, and this will be explained in a future foreseeable posts
