exactly what I wanted to ask...but I will only say that it looks amazing :D.

I just have a couple of technical questions.
    1) Was the background created first or outpainted to the sides?
    2) have you tried to use forge couple ?
    3) side characters , you used big denoise, or many times small denoise ?

1: I genned all 3 chars with similar prompts and then just smushed them onto one canvas, every seam and most major background regions received inpaint passes to blend them together. If I did it again I would do the middle character, then outpaint the side regions, then drop the other 2 characters on top. Or if I can be bothered install the krita plugins, those seem the best for higher effort stuff. In hindsight this was super inefficient but I had fun doing it. (for point of reference: https://files.catbox.moe/d47mha.png)
2: Forge couple as far as I saw was similar to the other regional prompters I've used, which always have trouble with loras, and I use like 5 here. I decided against it, back in SD1.5 I used regional prompting more frequently, but since I'm now inpainting a lot more, I kinda don't see the need, since it takes 10 seconds to inpaint even major characters in.
3: The values I usually use are 96padding/0.55 denoise for detailing, 256padding/0.65 or 0.75 for major regions. I did use an image editor to paint in some specific things the AI was hard to wrangle on, like Vapys tail anus. I try to get the major regions done, then do a detailing pass over every limb. So for Jolteon it would be, 1 times over the legs and paws, once over the thighs and butt, upper body, and then the face. Since I kept adding more stuff I obviously did some regions again, at first Jolty wasn't spreading but I felt like it right before finishing.

I did start finishing some guides, currently you can find an Inpainting and PDXL spoonfeed guide here, might help https://rentry.org/fluffscaler
PDXL guide features prompt templates as well, this pic largely used what I named "2.5D Kemono mix"
