Aww... this makes me almost cry. It's as if she's saying one last good-bye and giving you one last peek under-tail before she has to cross over. I would love to see this with the forest path as a rainbow.

On the other paw; maybe she's here to greet you and welcome you back, after you've spent sooo much time apart, and guide you across the Rainbow Bridge together.

Her armor speaks to the fact of her purpose in this life as a protection breed.

i'm glad you liked it. too sad for me, though! i'd rather think she got her halo the normal way - by being a good girl. no need to shuffle off this mortal coil just yet.
