To make this image I started by generating an image at a low resolution as usual, and upscaling it with an img2img pass. I inpainted the face and hands until they looked how I wanted them and then I was informed that it looked kinda like Ekans and was recommended to add an "R" to the tanktop. to add the "R" to the tanktop, I used a depth controller preprocessor and exported it so I could pull it into blender, displace a plane according to the depth map, and then project an "R" onto the mesh. I then just placed the "R" onto the original image where it fits perfectly, and I did a final bit of inpainting to get the artstyle to match.
