Lugia's back fins are a bitch. These ones aren't quite big enough but I am happy I got them nicely lined up in a row like that. I think it looks neat :) But really, take a look at some of your favorite Lugia porn and I bet the artist/director just went "fuck it" and did whatever with the back fins.
