Enough Whining!
Story
Luke was tired of the dog's incessant whining during his various schemes to invite the human to pleasure him sexually over and over again, so he had to build something unique to serve a lesson to the captain's inacceptable horny behavior...
A solid steel cage to encompass his sheath tightly with its locking mechanism directly powered by the vast amount of excess canine mana expelled naturally from Rune's body.
Of course, Rune could channel it and dispel it easily, but since the locking mechanism will not unlock until all traces of mana is fully gone from the locking joint, and since the cage is so closely in contact with his body's intimate nether region and replenishing the mana at a faster rate than he can ever hope to control and channel it efficiently, and whilst being distracted by the constant throbbing of his arousal betraying his need to focus, the poor husky cannot ever hope to be able to take it off himself, no matter how much he tries to!
It's probably not a permanent predicament though... Surely, it would be relatively doable for someone with great control in canine mana channeling to perform the delicate mana dispelling while the husky is rendered unconscious to stabilize the intake flow and let the dog be rid of the devious contraption once and for all, which is certain Luke would take pleasure in reminding the poor struggling husky after catching him trying to tamper with the lock, but would he help the captain out though? Maybe he out to wait a couple of weeks to make sure there's a drastic change in the dog's behavior before letting him out...
