"Spare some wheat for a girl in need...?" -Vanessa
The notoriously freeloading pangolin-gen Vanessa, pleading for alms.
She is one of my OC's from SANDWIRED, a desert-punk post-apocalyptic novelization project, that I am currently in the process of writing and creating.
This image epitomizes the visual style that I am trying to hopefully someday fully master, somewhere between Lauren Faust, Naoto Oshima, with traces of Ueda Hajime, all in a very saturated style, with digital impasto, strong highlights, and bold outlines.
