Description
Produced using Perchance for the starting image and Wan 2.1 I2V 14B locally on Pinokio for the video itself, with a doggy style LoRA to help with the correct movements. Pretty promising result, too bad I have a 12 GB VRAM GPU. I could make way better stuff (and way faster) with something more powerful.
Without optimizations, it takes about 30 minutes to produce a 5 second 480p video with my current hardware. Tea Cache definitely helps, but it could be better. I cut 30 minutes into 20 with the max settings, but seeing as Tea Cache itself also uses VRAM to utilize, I'm gonna have to tweak the settings more. Also, I'm gonna look for more optimized workflows on ComfyUI, since Pinokio doesn't support most of them still.
