english is not my first lenguaje so im sure im wrong, it doesnt vary with context or time? like sweating profusely is a sudden sweat from getting nervous or anxious, and excessive is from workout or an intense activity?

profusely's definition is: "in a profuse manner : without limitation : abundantly"
so it would be equal to abundant_sweat
but since the distinction between abundant and excessive is blurry, there's not much use to have both tags

Yeah it's mostly synonymous in this context
