Requested feature overview description.
A 'prompt info' section of the upload page would encourage uploaders to include what prompt/settings/model was used to get the uploaded result.

Why would it be useful?
Unlike with traditional/digital art, AI-assisted art is accessible to more people provided they have a computer that can run the required program and get it set up, or are willing to use a free/paid website to do it for them. Once you're all set up though, where does one start to get the program to spit out what they want?

Having some additional (*optional) fields in the upload page may encourage directors to populate them with the relevant details so others in the future can conjure up something akin to the original upload. Here's the original description that inspired this idea:

Positive

by pixelsketcher, by personalami , BREAK,

anthro, female ,<lora:ammit_mk_v1:0.5> (ammit_mk:1.2), crocodilian, detailed background, (perfect focus:1.1), dreadlocks,

Negative

I understand the description field is a great catch-all for this kind of request so this probably won't go anywhere, but people might not think of those details when uploading. This is sort of like 'hey tell us more about what you did to get this' compared to things you might typically find in a description like the commissioner, the artists thoughts on the work, etc.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
The New Upload page. Probably in between the parent post id, and description.

Might be more complicated but if this section could be autofill when you upload the .png with the metadata, that would be nice.

So basically what AIBooru is doing already? The wiki page for the site says that it uses Danbooru's software, so it probably wouldn't be really hard to implement.

Presumably? If you can provide some screenshots for those of us who don't have an account, that'd be awesome.

If stuff like metadata can be pulled and auto-filled, even better.

Looks like e6 is hiring a new coder so who knows.

You don't need an account to see it. A good chunk of the images there should be a section beneath them that says "AI Metadata."

Ahhh okay, well there's the second half of the idea, how it would appear (or be absent) in posts.

Passing thought: Would be awesome if this sort of metadata was injected into the image metadata upon generation, and then pulled and displayed by sites like this, but I got no idea how any of that works.

Generation metadata IS occasionally injected to image EXIF data. SD WebUIs do it, NovelAI does not. Different programs may or may not do it. Some users strip metadata from posts for a variety of reasons. You can use a website like exiftool to view this data, as it exists for many of the posts here.
