Reason: Navel tattoo is gender neutral and include any character that doesn't have wombs

Tag navel_tattoo is redundant with tag pubic_tattoo; changed for alias; The tag pubic_tattoo is the one having the highest count on e621, that's why I alias the higher count to the lower count tag

I don't think navel_tatto is a valid tag since it doesn't exist in e621

I don't think it's an invalid tag for that reason. I could as easily go on e621 and add it.

My problem is that very very often "Womb Tattoo" is associated to symbolize or draw attention to the character's womb or fertility
They are often magic in nature too.

Which would disqualify tattoo on andromorph/male navel.

However I concede it's redundant with pubic_tattoo tag on e621 and on e6ai. I'll make some research and edit this BUR
