Topic: Fixing bad anatomy when generating image

Posted under General

You will meet that problem. Fingers merged, extra libs, 10 fingers on the hands and etc. In case of monster or alien like creature it's may be sometimes acceptable if it looks not too weird and ugly, but on other creatures you need to fix that without counting in hundreds of iterations where your will be lucky and sometimes AI will draw with correct anatomy.

I've found some luck in using the term proper anatomy, Or writing bad anatomy in the negative, I use comfy so doing multiple runs of the same image sometimes can help, and in rare instances extra steps or a larger image can also improve on these details.
(I dunno if you were fishing for solutions or just saying something along those lines, but I figure I'd offer my two cents, These all help a little, tho they aren't quite things you don't already know, I dunno enough about controlnet to reccomend it, and in some instances, unless you intentionally intend to use the hands, its better to have the hands remain hidden in an image,

May be something that I missed except just using prompts. I can anyway watch https://e6ai.net/posts?tags=prompt+ and https://e6ai.net/posts?tags=prompt_metainfo+ for negative prompts examples if no one don't care about that thread. But I think that don't work good with anthro characters after my tries with negative prompts. Of course, I downloaded and installed embedding prompts if I noticed weird negative prompts like "boring_e621_v4" or "badhandv4"

The other weird result that I got after using negatives when I tried to generate monster type of anthro with male/female scene. Without using negative I got what I typed, male monster making love with female monster, but with too weird ugly anatomy, so it was not acceptable. After inputting "boring_e621_v4" I got human like creature as female partner. Looks decent, but I didn't type to generate human like creature.

Well as I said, it's not a fix all, and of course, personally, if you want the best prompting studies, go to civit ai, all posts are generally public eye and you can search furry, I use detail lora's personally cuz they tend to help a little, and I mean, unfortunately, most prompts are gonna take several tries to get the perfect hands, paws, etc,
