Help says to click "Remove from set". ?!? I must be completely blind because I cannot find a "remove from set" link/button anywhere. Can someone please point out exactly how to get this elusive feature to pop up? Thanks.

Okay I finally found it. The UI in this regard is just obtuse and should be explained a bit more in the help where the feature is mentioned I think...
