An elevated, in relation to the rest of the body, posterior. Commonly used to describe the position in which a character lays their chest on the ground while they raise their ass up into the air, kneeling or even standing with their legs (or hind legs in the case of feral or taur characters), typically in a presenting pose, but not always.
