partially submerged

When a character's body is partially under the surface of a liquid, but partially still outside of it. Some examples include: standing in a pond or pool, laying in a tub, swimming but still at the surface of the water, etc.

If the character is completely underneath the surface of the liquid, then tag it as fully submerged instead.

Note: While most liquids will be water, other fluids can be possible, including lava, blood and unknown liquids being used in science or magic.
