When a character's balls flex and squeeze inwards and upwards. The balls may have divots in the sides, or clench together into a heart shape, wrinkles of scrotal skin may appear as the balls tightly and forcefully squeeze upwards towards the penis. Clenching balls are often shown as if done as a voluntary muscular flexing of the balls or scrotum.

Clenching balls are often seen when characters have hyper balls, especially in scenarios involving cock vore. In cock vore specifically, this tag can refer to the balls tightening around a prey that is inside of the balls, showing a detailed body outline.

Clenching balls may be shown when a character is ejaculating, implying an extremely forceful ejaculation, as if the balls are squeezing the cum out. In cock vore, it conveys the balls "mechanically digesting" the prey inside of them.

retracted balls
The testicles are involuntarily drawn up towards the body within the scrotum, either in reaction to cold, or accompanying orgasm. Retracted balls usually have skin of the scrotum hanging loose below the testicles.
While similar to retracted balls, clenching balls are far more exaggerated and impossible in real life.
