Any image in which the director's name is printed somewhere on the image.

This is not the same thing as a signature, and most examples of a signature should not use this tag. This tag is mainly used for display text and situations where the signature is basic enough to resemble printed text. In other words, a signature is more likely to be signed or made by hand.
