Reason: I was tagging and posting this image when I saw the espeon_eeveelution tag, so why not aliasing the duplicates to the larger tags?

The reason for the additional bonus bulk update is because on E621, this tag is aliased to tag_panic, so why not aliasing it to tag_panic, too?
