Reason: The avian/bird tagging structure on e621 is all over the place to the point I gave up halfway attempting to create a BUR for that site.
However, I think we can get ahead of the curve here before it gets ridiculously out-of-hand.
Based on a bunch of e621's existing tags, as well as asking myself if something should be logically "avian" or "bird", I propose these BURs for discussion and/or approval.
If you've got any more suggestions, leave a comment and I'll add it to the BUR 👍
