There is no need for alias for misspelling in general, unless it's proven to be a common and recurrent misspell mistake that more than one user make or is likely to make over a long period of time...

Finding a single post with a misspelled tag and immediately creating and alias rule to fix it is way overkill and unnecessary. Just correct/remove the problematic tag yourself with the post edit functionality and move on.
