Yes, OK. But "pussy" is not on the same level as "fag", which is in pretty much in every context an insult.
To me it seems e621 is desperate be over-correct. But the tagging of furry porn doesn't have to be on the same level as a medical report. I might even like the idea from my personal perspective, but it's not a realistic expectation to go that far. The average user will not understand what this is all about and won't apply "vulva" vs. "vagina" correctly anyway, so there will be very little benefit from it. And I'm very unhappy that e621 already did this and no it's a "take it or leave it" situation for e6ai.

Also it seems that you are dismissing my arguments about autotagging far too easily. So I'll repeat: We need completely new autotagging models just because of this. I'll give you an example:
The Joycaption vision-LLM just recently added support for e621 tags, which is unusual because it is not primarily furry-focused but general use vision-LLM. Training it was a huge effort for sure.
But if people who do such projects find out that the e621 is "unstable" because big changes are constantly made to the tagging style (for no good reason but "correctness"), they will drop support because they are just wasting their resources.
